A quick look at Noavastar in Pinellas County, Jan 2005 to Sep 2007 they wrote 713 mortgages. To date they have filed 353 Lis Pendis' filed. 49.5% failures to date!

I just looked up Levy County florida, Novastar wrote 12 mortgages, and has since filed 6 Lis Pendis'. 50%!
ReplyDeleteHillsborough County Fl, Novastar wrote 1256 mortgages since Jan 2005, and now has filed 598 Lis Pendis'. That is 47.6% Failures!
ReplyDeleteLis Pendens, I correct myself. I have gotten bleary eyed. Sarasota County has a 35.6% Novastar ratio of Loans gone bad to date.
